I had a skiing injury in my teens which left me with a lot of pain and limited ability in one leg and my back. Mia is the first therapist I have worked with who started me at a low enough level of activity that I did not re-injure myself in the process of trying to get better. I have since gained complete range of motion, vastly increased strength and, best of all, freedom from the chronic pain resulting from the injury.
