The Cranky Hip and Knee Program
This is a one hour class designed to develop overall lower body stability, strength and mobility in order to stabilize cranky hips and knees. Research has proven the incidence of hip and knee conditions decreases significantly if the connective tissue surrounding the joints is strong but supple. This is an excellent program for PFS, hip tendonitis and bursitis, meniscal repairs, ACL repairs as well as general health for the lower body. Prepare to have fun and to be challenged within your own uniqueness.

Chronic Pain
This exercise program has been designed with the chronic pain sufferers in mind. This is an excellent option for people diagnosed with fibromyalgia, lupus, multiple sclerosis and moderate to severe arthritis. You will enjoy a series of low intensity balance, stretch and strengthening exercises in an environment of like-minded individuals. Each class will culminate with a 10-minute guided meditation and a few modified sessions will include discussions on aspects of living with chronic pain. Separate classes for men and women. Posture 101
This program is for people suffering with mid back and shoulder conditions due to injury or postural issues. It is a one hour class designed to create overall upper body stability, strength and mobility through exercises, stretches and postural work. Research has proven the incidence of shoulder injuries decreases when the scapula is stable, yet mobile, through a healthy scapulo-thoracic rhythm. This is an excellent program for people suffering with poor posture, impingement, rotator cuff injuries, bursitis and tendonitis, but is not suitable for neck injuries including thoracic inlet or cervical herniations. The Co-ed Blast
Enough with the 'bootcamps'! This is a one-of-a-kind program designed for the well rounded exerciser wanting a one-stop workout. Challenge yourself in this 90-minute workout that includes running or/power-walking, creative and challenging core work, balance and proprioceptive work, abdominal and lower body training, stretching and finally, guided meditation. It is a one-stop workout-out for people with a desire to be challenged. Grab your spouse, partner, friend, doctor, cat, rat or kid (16+) and let's have some fun! The Happy Back Program
The Happy Back class is a systematic series of stretches and exercises with progressions for all levels regardless of age or fitness level. You will not only achieve core strength and overall flexibility but you will also develop functional movement patterns, balance and proprioception, all of which are required for overall body strength and awareness. Hundreds of people have participated in this program and been introduced to the necessary stretches and exercises to achieve a significant reduction in back pain along with overall improved flexibility and strength. Comox Trail Running Program
Co-ed running program in the Northeast Woods and the Base trails. Sessions include endurance work, intervals and hill repeats 'within your abilities'. This is meant to be a fun program designed to improve your current running level but a 6 - 8km base is required. We take to the trails each Friday morning at 9:15, rain or shine. Cost is $70.00.
Retro 80's Aerobics for YANA
This 80's aerobics class requires participants to wear their best/worst 80's gear, blue eye shadow and big hair all for YANA. Aerobics legend, Jill Nelson, will lead participants through a hilarious glimpse of what we used to call exercise.
